Sociology
comes from the Latin "Socius" which means "friend" and the Greek word
"logos" meaning "word" or "speech". Sociology of the second word means
"to talk about comrade". Gradually Sociology understanding extends to
the study of society and the interactions that take place between
members. In general, the object of study Sociology is the community
(society). Sociology studies the object definition according to the
experts as follows:
Emile Durkheim argued that sociology is the study of basic social facts or social reality,
Max Weber argued that the object of study of sociology is human action relating to others.
Thus,
it can be concluded that Sociology is the study of objects that
implement the social relationships between individuals or between groups
in the neighborhood.
